Our mission is simple but powerful:
to create small, meaningful moments of comfort, support, and hope for children bravely fighting cancer.
Our Story
Inspired by Jordan Lubbe
Hearts in Motion was inspired by the golden heart of Jordan Lubbe, whose courage, compassion, and kindness continue to guide everything we do.
Jordan’s cancer journey spanned four years. Even during his most difficult days, he always thought of others.
While in hospital, Jordan would often ask for small items — a soft toy, a drink, a snack — not for himself, but for fellow children undergoing treatment. These small acts brought comfort and light in an otherwise overwhelming environment.
Those moments became the foundation of what Hearts in Motion is today.

Where It All Began

Our first initiative took place on 25 December 2020, the same day Jordan rang the bell for the first time — a milestone moment in his treatment journey.
With the support of family, friends, and the community, Christmas gifts were distributed to children in hospital.
This act of kindness became a tradition — and ultimately the beginning of Hearts in Motion.

We envision a community where families affected by childhood cancer receive the support, compassion, and financial assistance they need to focus fully on their child’s treatment and recovery.
